Unlike most 'experts' in the fitness industry I know what it's like to work full time and raise a family- I have 7!
As a former lawyer who ran my own law firm, I’ve lived through immense personal and professional challenges, including navigating the 2008 economic crisis while pregnant with my 5th child!
I know the struggle to juggle multiple roles, in step with feeling and looking my best and in step with my professional performance and personal relationships.
I also struggled with emotional eating, food, weight and the binge-diet-deprive cycle which was so much of my process to manage stress.
There wasn’t a program out there to realistically help career-driven women🤦 like me who didn’t have a lot of extra mental space, and was extremely time and energy pressed to reclaim my health, energy, and confidence.
Through education, research and persistence I developed a methodology that freed me from my post-partum weight, my relationship with food and my body, and then took me smoothly through my 40s changing body into my 50s strong, lean, peaceful body and mind.
My program was created out of testing strategies and techniques … while actually working full time (not in the fitness industry) and raising a family, it’s battle tested.
