What I write in my newsletters are based on ‘real world’ experience. Unlike most 'experts' in the fitness industry I know what it's like to work full time and raise a family- I have 7!

As a former lawyer who ran my own law firm, I’ve lived through immense personal and professional challenges, including navigating the 2008 economic crisis while pregnant with my 5th child!

I know the struggle to juggle multiple roles, in step with feeling and looking my best and in step with my professional performance and personal relationships.

I also struggled with emotional eating, food, weight and the binge-diet-deprive cycle which was so much of my process to manage stress.

➡️There wasn’t someone out there to realistically help career-driven women like me who didn’t have a lot of extra mental space, and was extremely time and energy pressed to reclaim my health, energy, and confidence.

So when I create content to help you it’s always with the perspective of not overwhelming you and meeting you where you’re at.

Plus, not only do I share how I’m doing my best to thrive in transition I’m also transparent about my stumbles on the way!
