What I share and teach isn’t just from the know-how of mentoring and helping my clients, but the very personal, intimate and deeply felt experience of my own. And especially through the lens of the challenges of a highly demanding lifestyle, working full time, raising my 7 children, three of which were born in my 30s and my last baby born when I was 42 so I truly know about hormonal fluctuations!
I have been up close and personal with midlife hormonal transition symptoms that were not diagnosed. I have suffered, felt alone, and embarrassed by what I was going through. I know the traps keeping us struggling with weight- especially belly fat, emotionally turbulent, foggy and tired.
Shockingly, this doesn’t need to happen with the right education and tools.
Unlike most 'experts' in the fitness industry my experience, my break-throughs, and my programs were developed in real time while I was NOT teaching in the health profession.
