Yes! Louise and Isabelle will provide personalized feedback, guidance and expert perspective on your discovery work. 

The goal for the discovery homework is for you to work on different aspects of your healthy transformation especially your relationship with food: from mindset and belief work to food, exercise and healthy habit resets.

 

Each week builds upon the previous week!  Louise is also available for 1:1 coaching to help you with an any obstacles or challenges you’re having. She will stay in close contact with you to answer questions, offer guidance, and hold you accountable, as well as review your progress and make any necessary adjustments!
