Hi - I’m Louise McKenzie.

I’m an expert at getting women to fall back in love with their body and life, to get them strong, fit and healthy… especially if they’ve struggled with food preoccupation, cravings, and insecurities.

I started an unhealthy pattern with food from a little girl which escalated in my teens. 

For decades I struggled with poor body image and being a compulsive deprive-then-binge and stress eater, completely dependent on sugar, and burning through every diet plan and exercise regime only to suffer shame, guilt and embarrassment when I didn’t get the results I was looking for.

I promise you that I wasn’t being lazy, I wasn’t being indulgent, I was really, really, desperately trying hard to find the answer to free me from this daily struggle.

I was also working full time, having babies, and trying to juggle multiple roles, in step with feeling and looking my best and in step with my professional performance and personal relationships.

It took me until I was 37 years old, pregnant with my 5th baby to do this, and I never looked back.

Unlike most 'experts' in the fitness industry my experience, my break-throughs, and my programs were developed in real time while I was NOT teaching in the health profession.

They are truly battle tested.

😧 I know what it is to get all fired up to start being consistent, but never know where/how to start.
